| A). CUSTOM DIE-CUTS | |||
| We provide flexible magnetic self-adhesive patches in standard sizes, as well as the popular profiles for some business fields. Our die-cut processing enable us to fully cut, or kiss cut magnetic sheet into bespoke and general shapes. In addition to the magnetic self-adhesive patches which we can cut accurately from the magnetic face, and leave all the patches intact with just one common release silicon paper, we can also provide service by attachment of revolutionary product " Mag-E-Z filmTM " which make s screen printing of fridge magnets so much easier. " Mag-E-Z filmTM " is the same high quality vinyl face magnetic sheet, but with a clear adhesive film on the rear face to hold die-cut pieces in place. It keeps the die-cut pieces from separation during screen printing, and are easily removed after printing, with clean precise edges. With "Mag-E-Z filmTM ", we make your fridge magnet work easy. | |||
| B). SLITTING | |||
| For the magnetic strip, we can supply in rolls, or cut into specified length of your request. After laminating the magnetic sheet in rolls with vinyl, or self-adhesive, we can then slit the master rolls (610mm x 488.M) down to standard narrow strips, width minimum 10m/m. | |||
| C). PRINTING SOLUTIONS | |||
| To satisfy the various demand of printing industries such as screen printing, flexo, digital, offset, hot stamping, litho printing, hand lettering, Magmate provide different printable surfaces as the media for laminating to our flexible magnetic sheeting. Vinyl in white. glossy/white semi-glossy, colorful types are basically available; glossy paper & polyolefin, pp. We also offer special printable surface upon request. | |||
| D). FASTENING SOLUTIONS | |||
| Magmate brand flexible sheeting use acrylic-based adhesives (tolerance of temperature upto 100oC) for lamination, different choice of adhesives are available upon request. | |||
| E). PACKING CARE | |||

All our products are carefully packaged before the ready for shipment. The typical roll of magnetic sheeting is in 30.5M of length, and rolled with 3 inches core as supporter. All rolls are protected by our standard export carton boxes, or alternatively with wooden case to prevent from damage during the shipment. Other flexible magnetic products, or custom profiles can be packed to suite your specific demand. | |||
