۞ Plain Magnet

Magmate brand flexible magnet is produced by consolidating high-quality Strontium ferrite powder with polymer, and granulated ready for further processing.
The ferrite granulate is converted, and calendered into flat wide sheet, and continuously magnetized with a multi-pole pattern on one face.
The flexible magnet material is coated to prevent the exudation of tiny residuum from the surface, our plain brown magnet provide solutions for many application for reprocessing of printing industries.

Paper Coated Magnetic Sheet for HP Indigo
．Compatible with HP Indigo Printer

We offer un-magnetized magnet sheet with special P.P. Synthetic paper which has special coated surface laminated to work with HP Indigo ink system. The un-magnetized magnet sheets can be piled, go through the Indigo machine speedily for printing, and later use the magnetizer to magnetize the printed magnet sheet to make it magnetic.

Magmate brand ink-jet printable magnetic paper is magnetic sheet, and extremely ink-jet printable, compatible for almost every main brand ink jet printer. Premium paper and special inkjet coating allow inks to be thoroughly absorbed instantly for maximum durability and color saturation. Through our ink-jet printable magnetic paper, you can print out your pictures which kept in your digital camera through color ink-jet printer. The same brilliant photo effects as the traditional camera picture will fully satisfy your demand. Most important of all, it breaks the limit for you to create your personal fridge magnets, set free your imagination to create your color fantasy.

Technical specifications

Features :	The ink-jet printable magnetic paper is magnetic sheet laminated with different media for your personal printing demand to create your own applications. Through color ink-jet printer, and digital camera, any photo picture can be printed out easily.
Usage :	Adjust the printer to the ''Best mode" option for a good result and put in the paper piece by piece. Do not stack the material.

In order to maintain the printing quality, please keep away direct sunlight or strong spotlight.

Custom Services
All our ink-jet printable magnetic paper are packaged with A-4 size in 3/ 5/ 10 .pcs in bag; we can supply in package of custom profiles, too. In form of rolls, or A-4 size / letter size / 4 in x6 in in bulk, or art-work to fit your own private label package are welcome, too, upon request.

0.75mm (30mil)/0.8mm thick magnetic sheet is particularly recommended for Car Sign applications. Our Car Sign Magnet was tested to be able to perform well within temperature from - 15°C -- 60°C. It was tested and ensured its performance under high speed 100km/hr without falling.

We also provide different printable surfaces as the media for laminating to satisfy the various demands of printing industries.

We can also provide service by attachment of revolutionary product "Mag-E-Z film™" which make s screen printing of fridge magnets so much easier. "Mag-E-Z film™" is the same high quality vinyl face magnetic sheet, but with a clear adhesive film on the rear face to hold die-cut pieces in place. It keeps the die-cut pieces from separation during screen printing, and are easily removed after printing, with clean precise edges. With "Mag-E-Z film™", we make your fridge magnet work easy.
